It has marvellous setting in the center of the city.

Everything was great, including superfriendly staff and fantastic location right off the freeway. Our rooms were beautifully designed and well-kept with a nice balcony, a good view, a great bathroom.

Exploring downtown, Santa Monica, and the Valley was a breeze. The unique terrace with the view stole the show. The room had a modern touch, and dining at West was lovely.

Being overcharged for every little thing was such a charming experience.

During my stay over Easter, the staff was friendly, the room and hotel were clean, and the restaurant had excellent food with a million-dollar view of LA and the ocean. The free courtesy car was a great perk for visiting nearby attractions, saving on parking fees.

The parking situation was confusing and expensive, the noise from the highway was noticeable, and the rooms had issues like a clogged toilet, lack of bathrobes as advertised, and an outdated bathroom with long waits for the elevator.
